Jerusalem Estate Project
Location: Jerusalem Estates, Jerusalem.
Area: 200 square meters (2153 sq. ft.).
Design style: Warm Modernism
Client request: An apartment combining classic elegance with modernism and innovation.
Challenge: Master bedroom opposite main entrance.
Solution: Designing a door concept for the master bedroom which dictated the carpentry coverings for the wall.
Summary:
We chose to realize the program in a fan of brown colors with a range of gray and greige to add the modern element. The authentic raw materials like wood, leather and gold also continue to recount the prestigious and precise story of the place.
The design concept started from the central space and from there continued uninterrupted to the living rooms.
The whole house is threaded through with elite style, from the carpentry and the lighting down to the very last door handles, all of which resemble jewels.
In this project, emphasis was placed on a sophisticated home office that would allow the client, an affluent businessman, to continue his thriving business from home as well.
